I work with women who start & lead businesses to create an entirely new playing field for all of us.
I believe women are great leaders. Women shape the world’s economy with their wisdom and strong sense of social responsibility. They create a world where everyone can rise and thrive.
Unfortunately, the uneven playing field and social biases push women out; the masculine rules shaping ‘business as usual’ work against women, their leadership, and even the way their businesses get funded (or don’t). As a result, women entrepreneurs often carry double the mental load while they’re launching and leading their companies:

I’m a Strategic Planning Consultant and I am here to help women navigate around those hurdles with brilliant strategy and a solid plan -- which, in turn, translates into the confidence you need to present your plan and get the loan, get the funding, get the investment.
My background includes:

A career in Capital Planning & Capital Investment, where I managed a portfolio of 600 million+ dollars.

Working both a professional engineer and sales engineer for more than a decade and bringing a new technology to market, from end-to-end

An MBA from Ivey Business School, a B.Eng in Chemical Engineering, and a M.Eng in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering

More than a decade of experience in operations, sales & marketing, project management and business development
All of this, together, means I have the practical experience and formal training in business modeling and development needed to help you present and build out your business plan.
I bring all of this to the table to help women founders build business plans around their game-changing ideas so that you create -- and document! -- the strategies and plans you need to execute your vision.
